Mile High United Way
As the nations first United Way, Mile High United Way (MHUW) has been assisting residents around Metro Denver since 1887. With the core belief that together we can better the odds for the children, families, and individuals in our community by giving children a strong start and creating programs to help students through High School and beyond.
MHUW was looking for a better way to inform community members of the various programs being offered. Many Denver Metro residents were unaware of the role MHUW played in the surrounding communities. A new website was the first step in engaging communities, volunteers, advocates, and donors with a clear and concise message.
Neon Rain integrated Sales Force as the contact management system behind the scenes. This allowed MHUW to keep general contacts, volunteers, and donors organized for ease of sending digital communication based on roles. Full integration with existing systems allows MHUW to keep things moving along without any additional training effort required.
GIVE. ADVOCATE. VOLUNTEER.
Developing clear actionable paths for each visitor persona increases visitor engagement and follow-through. Organized content and an intuitive architecture removed a potential technology barrier and allowed MHUW's message to be the focus.
DESIGNED FOR ANY DEVICE
We designed the MHUW website to be responsive to various device resolutions. This means there is one version of the website that recognizes the resolution of the device it’s being viewed on, and automatically adjusts all of the text, photos, and menus to be optimal for that particular resolution.
