Stonebrook Manor Event Center & Gardens

BACKGROUND

Stonebrook Manor Event Center and Gardens is an event venue that focuses mostly on weddings. The goal with the  Stonebrook Manor website was to create a whimsical storybook website design that portrays the classic elegance of their facility. The rotating photo book banner shows their beautiful gardens and venue. It was important to set a theme for brides, but also communicate that other events were also part of the manor. Targeted design and stellar search engine optimization has helped Stonebrook Manor do just that.

CHALLENGE

We designed and developed the website in a Content Management System (CMS), which allows the client to update their own content. We created a gallery to show off their facility and the elegance in order to get people to book a tour.  We also built out custom forms which automatically updates the available days and times based on when the visitor wants to book a tour.  Additionally, we helped them integrate with OpenTable to take reservations for their brunch and afternoon tea services.

POWER OF PHOTOGRAPHY

Literally everyone goes to the photo gallery before going in for a tour. The photo gallery had to be easy to use, multi-device friendly, and had to handle large imagery to provide an encompassing emotional experience.

BRANDED FOR DISTINCTION

We assisted Stonebrook Manor with a logo refresh. They wanted to keep their distinct scripted font but wanted to add a little something. Below you see a few of the variations we developed throughout the process.

DESIGNED FOR ANY DEVICE

We designed the Stonebrook Manor website to be responsive to various device resolutions. This means there is one version of the website that recognizes the resolution of the device it’s being viewed on, and automatically adjusts all of the text, photos, and menus to be optimal for that particular resolution. This means our client didn’t have to pay for a separate mobile version of the website to ensure that their site would be effective across multiple devices.
