Dun-Rite Home Improvements is a family-owned home improvement company that has been updating kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and doors in Colorado since 1985. If you've listened to the radio at all in metro Denver, you've heard their ads.

Dun-Rite does a high volume of work, thanks largely to their active sales team and extensive radio presence. They came to Neon Rain wanting minor updates to their site and were looking for support. But the discovery process made it clear that, instead, Dun-Rite needed to focus on a web redesign to capture more of the traffic they were already driving to their site.

The Solution

To help Dun-Rite gain more leads, Neon Rain installed a heat map tracking system to better understand how visitors navigated the site and where they were likely to "fall off."

 

Based on this information, Neon Rain created a modernized web design that was more mobile-friendly and focused on conversion best practices.

 

Neon Rain built that new site on WordPress, which is much easier for the Dun-Rite team to use. Now Dun-Rite can manage their own content and upload project photos to keep work always up to date.

 

And despite the platform switch, Neon Rain was able to maintain Dun-Rite’s previous form submissions and auto-replies — while adding a reporting system that would accurately track exactly which service areas leads were coming from. 

 

Coupled with ongoing PPC and SEO work, the new site immediately saw a dramatic increase in conversions, and Dun-Rite’s sales have continued to rise each year.
